Ex-correctional civilian staffer here….we have 3 state facilities in our small town. “70% staffing is our new 100%” was the final straw for the CO’s….. HALT needs to be revamped or replaced.
Schumers office voicemail lines do not allow a message they just disconnect. I called all offices and then sent an email instead
